Data controller

Spa by Playa Los Arcos (legal name and tax address to be confirmed by the controller), located at Olas Altas 380, Romantic Zone, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations.

Data we collect

• Identification and contact: name, phone, email and preferred language.
• Appointment data: treatments, dates, specialist and any notes you share with us.
• Sensitive health data: medical conditions, medication, pregnancy, recent surgery and allergies, collected only in the intake form and the informed consent, with your express written consent, so that your treatment is performed safely.
• Browsing data: cookies and site usage data (see the cookies section).

Purposes

Primary (required for the service): booking and confirming your appointment, performing the treatment safely, sending confirmations and reminders by email and WhatsApp, and handling your requests.

Secondary (you may decline): sending you promotions and news about treatments. If you don't want to receive them, untick the corresponding box when booking or write to the email below.

Transfers

Your data is shared only with providers that help us operate the service under confidentiality agreements: data and application hosting, messaging platform (email and WhatsApp) and automation tools. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for purposes other than those described.

Your rights (ARCO)

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, as well as withdraw your consent or limit the use of your data, by writing to spa@playalosarcos.com with the subject "Personal data". We will reply within 20 business days.

This site uses technical cookies required for it to work and, only if you accept them, analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to measure site usage. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie notice.
